About The Ned E. Baker Lecture Series: This annual lecture, named in honor of the National Association of Local Boards of Health (NALBOH) co-founder and first President Ned E. Baker, highlights and celebrates the important role boards of health play in improving the health of communities across the nation. NALBOH is proud to be a partner in this series which is co-sponsored by the College of Health and Human Services at Bowling Green State University and the Cove Charitable Trusts of Boston. The series is available by webcast to more than 3,000 local boards of health throughout the nation. These annual public health lectures provide local boards of health with an opportunity to celebrate National Public Health Week locally and link with other boards throughout the country.
